Generally, at any point – so long as it’s no later than five business days before your due to travel to Armenia.
As with all countries, the final right to admit you into the country resides with immigration officer on arrival into the port of entry.

The Tourist eVisa is meant for travellers who wish to visit for tourism purposes.
You’ll need a digital copy of your passport (last page), a digital passport-sized photo, details from specific documents (travel itinerary, booked return airline ticket, booked accommodation for your stay, your most recent bank statement to prove you can finance your stay) and a credit/ debit card (for payment).

You must possess a passport valid for six months beyond the date of their arrival (and with a free page for stamping purposes).
It depends on which specific Tourist eVisa you choose – either a single-entry version that’s valid for 90 days (48 hours’ processing time) or a single-entry version that’s valid for 180 days (3-5 business days’ processing time).
There are two versions with different periods of validity – a single-entry version that’s valid for a maximum 90 days (of which 21 days can be spent in the country during a trip) and a single-entry version valid for a maximum 180 days (of which 120 days can be spent in the country during a trip).
The Tourist eVisa is a single-entry visa solution.
