Before landing in Bolivia, travelers must complete the Bolivia Public Health Passenger Locator Form. At the airport, they must give this form to immigration agents.
You’ll need to provide some information about your health and your flight in order to apply for this document. To enter the nation, all passengers aged 5 and up must show proof of COVID-19 coverage on their health insurance as well as a negative COVID-19 RT-PCR test result. The test result must have been obtained within three days of the flight.
