Brazil

The Brazil Traveler’s Health Declaration was created to screen international visitors in order to reduce the risk of the coronavirus pandemic. This form must be completed by all visitors who seek to enter Brazil.
Anyone planning to visit this nation must first complete the Brazil Traveler’s Health Declaration. A negative COVID-19 PCR test result obtained no more than 72 hours before travel is also required.
We’ll send you the Brazil Traveler’s Health Declaration through email once you’ve submitted your application, so you can show it to border officials when you arrive at the airport.

Required Documents To Apply

“Passport copy in PDF/JPEG format with minimum validity of 6 months
An email address where you can receive the certificate that we will prepare for you.
Travel Itinerary
Accommodation proof
A credit/debit card for the payment

Important Instructions • Brazil Traveler’s Health Declaration is part of the required documents you will need to enter Brazil. It DOES NOT replace a visa. If your country requires a visa, the immigration officers will ask for your Visa when you enter Brazil. Keep in mind some nationalities will require a paper visa. If that is your case, we suggest you contact your local embassy. • You can apply anytime, but remember we can only process your application with a max of 3 days prior arrival. • Each traveller will need to complete the Traveler’s Health Declaration to enter the country. This is personal and non-transferable. • It is highly recommended that you keep your Traveler’s Health Declaration with you either as a soft copy (smartphone, tablet, etc.) or as a hard copy in case of any failure in the system. • A negative COVID-19 PCR test will be required for all travelers. The test has to be taken no more than 72 hours prior to travel. Foreign nationals must also fill out a health form. • Entry through airports for foreign nationals is allowed, but restrictions for land and water entries have been extended for an indefinite period of time.
