The Brazil Traveler’s Health Declaration was created to screen international visitors in order to reduce the risk of the coronavirus pandemic. This form must be completed by all visitors who seek to enter Brazil.
Anyone planning to visit this nation must first complete the Brazil Traveler’s Health Declaration. A negative COVID-19 PCR test result obtained no more than 72 hours before travel is also required.
