The eVisa is valid for one year from the date fof issue, however you can only stay for a maximum of 90 days in total. You can enter and exit multiple times provided your total stay is not longer than 90 days.

No. The electronic visa for Saudi Arabia doesn’t mean automatic right of entry for the holder into the country. The Immigration Officer at the port of entry can refuse entry to any person
