Passport Personal Details Scan (bio page) with validity for at least 6 months from the date of entry
• All overseas visitors must possess a passport valid for six months beyond the date of their arrival (and with one free page for stamping purposes)
• holders of a Tajikistan Tourist eVisa are allowed to enter the country via all border entry points
• a Tourist eVisa for Tajikistan can’t be used as if it’s a work visa; this eVisa is for tourism purposes only and so the holder will, instead, need to apply for a work visa in order to travel to and work in the country
• should the details in your passport not match the details stated in your Tourist eVisa (e.g. personal and travel-related details), you won’t be allowed entry to Tajikistan
• it’s not necessary to hold a visa of any type if, when you enter Tajikistan, you’re not going to leave the international transit area
• an application for a Tajikistan eVisa won’t be successful unless the person making the application is located outside the country itself
• don’t overstay the welcome allowed you by your eVisa; should you do so, you may be fined, deported and banned from future travel to Tajikistan for a specific time period
• if you’re travelling from a yellow fever-affected country, you’ll be required to present proof of vaccination against the disease.
